San Diego - White glove delivery
Local delivery in San Diego (up to 40 miles)
In-home delivery, set up and removal of your old mattress (if requested) Delivery service will reach out to schedule your delivery. Usually within 3 to 5 days via email or phone. Someone must be home to accept delivery. Delivery time 5 to 10 days.
United States - Curbside delivery
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway, garage or front door if on the ground level.
This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of any items including packaging materials.
- Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
- The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
- A signature is required for all deliveries.
- Delivery time 2 to 3 weeks

Canceled orders & order fulfillment
Please Note: Some orders placed in the online store may not get fulfilled and will be canceled and you will receive a refund for your order, usually within 7 days of your order being placed. Shipping and handling issues with our factory vendors, supply chain issues, locations, packaging and logistics with our transportation brokers can cause orders to be canceled.
Please Note: Online orders we do not ship (mattresses, foundations, box springs or adjustable bed bases) to Connecticut, Oregon or Rhode Island.
