60-Night home trial

If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return for a full refund within 60 days. Please contact us by email or phone for the return.

You'll only pay a $159 processing fee for the pickup.

Comfort exchange

If you aren't completely satisfied, you can ask for a comfort exchange within 60 days. Local delivery areas only. Up to 25 miles from San Diego, CA. Please contact us by email or phone for the exchange.

 You'll only pay a $159 processing fee for delivery and pickup.

We will gladly exchange your mattress for one of equal value or as a credit against a mattress of greater value only. This comfort guarantee is a onetime exchange; valid for 60 days, does not apply to the exchanged bed and requires a 15-30 day minimum break in period. A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for any comfort exchange. 

There are no exchanges on Adjustable Bases, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors or Pillow Protectors. Floor Models and Closeouts do not qualify for a comfort exchange. 

Adjustable beds & bed frames

There are no comfort guarantees or size exchanges on adjustable beds and bed frames. All sales are final.

Accessories

Any accessory including, but not limited to, sheets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Closeout items

There are no comfort guarantees or size exchanges on any closeout and clearance items. All sales are final.

Stained mattresses

Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void any warranty or comfort guarantee. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.
